Hot Mic Team - Mike Santana

Mike Santana

Front Man

Mike Santana brings over 20 years of management experience to Hot Mic. Mike has been managing bands for the past 15 years, but his 21 years as a retail manager have more than prepared him for life in the music industry. From scheduling tours, to ordering merch, and even driving the van, Mike has done it all! His attention to detail and background in graphic design and illustration make him the perfect collaborator for your bands latest t-shirt design or album cover. At Hot Mic, Mike aims to steer your band or music project in the right direction, even if you’re just getting started.

Rich "Jonny" Santana

Guitar Master

Rich Santana brings over 25+ years of guitar tech experience to Hot Mic. Rich has been a guitar repair tech, builder, and customizer of both electric and acoustic guitars, and bass guitars for most of his professional life. His interest in all things mechanical have made him an expert technician. He’s able to fix everything from guitars and amplifiers to foot pedals and cord repair. Rich has worked in the music industry steadily for the past 25 years, in both retail equipment sales, and building high-end custom bass guitars at Bass Mods. And let’s not forget to mention the countless bands since the age of 13. With this experience Rich brings the unique perspective and technical savvy of a lifelong musician. His ability to speak the musician’s language will leave you feeling comfortable and confident your instrument is in good hands.
